The process

Six weeks, start to finish.

Week 01–02

Research & strategy

Stakeholder interviews, market mapping, competitive audit, positioning brief. Nothing visual yet — we work out what you stand for first.

Week 03–04

Design & system

Identity exploration, type system, colour, motion language, and component library. Shipped in Figma with a written rationale for every choice.

Week 05

Build & refine

Web builds in code, print in Adobe, motion in After Effects. Every deliverable reviewed against the strategy brief, not against "design taste".

Week 06

Launch & handover

Full brand book, motion kit, editable files, and a Loom walkthrough so your internal team can run it without us.
